Short-term/Interim role – until February 2026

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping projects on track? As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting project managers by managing daily tasks, streamlining communication, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. You'll handle scheduling, reporting, documentation, and resource allocation—making sure every project stays on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Scheduling:
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, and schedules.
  • Create and update project plans, meeting notes, and change logs. 
  • Communication & Documentation:
  • Act as a key point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and disseminate important project information.
  • Maintain organized project files, reports, and documentation. 
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track project progress against goals and timelines.
  • Identify and highlight potential risks, issues, or delays.
  • Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to stakeholders and management. 
  • Resource Management:
  • Monitor resource allocation and ensure team members have necessary supplies.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints. 
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining project records.
  • Assist project managers with various aspects of project administration. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly dependable. 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Powerpoint, One Note, Sharepoint.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in project coordination or administration

Nice to Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Jira and Confluence:  Candidate navigate and support operations and reporting of data within Atlassian Confluence and Jira and Service Now.
